The book, If You Give A Mouse A Cookie by Laura Numeroff is one of our all-time favorites. We love to incorporate stories that we treasure and read over and over into our learning activities. To help my toddler practice counting, I created these If You Give A Mouse A Cookie Inspired Counting Mats.
With these mats and Cookie Crisp cereal, your child can practice identifying numbers and counting from 1 cookie to 20 cookies. Your son or daughter will not only love learning with a popular book character but will also enjoy a sweet treat after practicing to count.
